In accordance with SCCA policy guidelines, we will no longer hold our Solo novice school on March 29th at World Wide Technology Raceway. The event will be rescheduled for June 28th at the same location. Registrations have been suspended until final details are complete. This action is being taken due to the most current guidelines available to help limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to do our part to protect our members and participants as well as our communities.
At this time, you may choose to remain registered for the school and your slot will be held. No action is required on your part. If you would prefer to cancel your registration you may do so on motorsportreg and we will process a full refund. Should you choose to cancel you will lose your slot and would have to register again in the future with no guarantee a slot would still be available.
In addition, we continue to evaluate our policy with respect to loaner helmets and have elected to not provide loaner helmets for the foreseeable future. We hope to be able to modify or relax that policy as the situation develops but at the present time we do not feel we can safely and effectively
protect wearers from possible exposure to the virus. As mentioned previously, the option to purchase a helmet is the safest course of action. If and when our policy changes you will be notified.
We regret having to make this decision but it is the responsible action to take as we all work through this national health emergency. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have.
